1) Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on astro-secrets.com :
Customized physical products Paper Astrobooks, posters/artwork, merchandising (printed on demand).
Customized digital products PDF reports (astral themes, synastries, horoscopes) - delivered by email/link (no shipping).
All our products are personalized. The return rules are specified in the Refund policy and GTC.
2) Manufacturing & shipping - standard
Manufacturing (print-on-demand) via our network of partner workshops (EU/UK/US depending on destination/availability).
Default shipping mode : Standard delivery.
The print shop is automatically selected to optimize quality and lead times, and can be located in a country other than the destination.
3) Indicative lead times
Manufacturing (printing & preparation) : in general 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation and receipt of necessary information (date/time/place of birth, etc.).
Routing (Standard, excluding incidents) :
Europe/UK approx. 3 to 8 working days
North America approx. 4 to 10 working days
Rest of the world approx. 7 to 21 working days
The times shown at checkout are estimates not guaranteed (holiday periods, strikes, weather, customs...).
4) Follow-up
Email from order confirmationthen shipping confirmation with, when available, tracking number or tracking link.
Some Standard shipments do not offer detailed tracking depending on the carrier/country.
5) Shipping costs - available
Standard shipping: free for all eligible orders.
If an option Express or special services is offered on an ad hoc basis, it can be invoiced (where applicable, the rate will be displayed at checkout).
6) Customs & taxes
Outside the EU import duties and taxes can be invoiced by the local authority; they are at recipient's expense and are not not supported by Astro Secrets.
7) Address & changes
Check your delivery address before payment.
As long as the command has not been entered in manufacturinga address correction may sometimes be possible if you write to us immediately at support@astro-secrets.com (object : Address correction + order number).
Once in manufacturing or shippedcommand, the can no longer be modified or cancelled (customized product).
8) No-shows, failed deliveries & return to sender
In the event of absence, the carrier can retry or deliver to a relay point/post office (depending on the country).
In case ofincomplete/erroneous address, d'inaccessibility orunreachablethe package can be returned :
Forwarding possible after address correction; if fees If third-party charges apply (e.g. relabeling, second non-standard shipment), they may be billed again.
Controls personalized are not refundable.
9) Lost / non-received / presumed stolen parcels
If monitoring shows delivered but you haven't received anything, write to us within 7 days : support@astro-secrets.com (order number, tracking capture).
In case of proven losswe will be organizing a referral or a have (subject to availability).
If the investigation concludes compliant delivery (e.g. box/concierge depot) through no fault of the carrier, a local claim may be necessary; we will assist you wherever possible.
10) Damaged parcels / printing defects
Report under 14 days after delivery to support@astro-secrets.com by enclosing :

sharp photos (product, defect, outer packaging on all sides, transport label).
After validationwe proceed to a identical replacement priority; failing that, a have can be offered.
11) Digital products (PDF)
Delivery by email/link. In case of technical problem (inactive link, corrupted file), resend or regeneration free of charge.
12) Split shipments
An order can be shipped in several packages depending on workshop availability (lead times and tracking numbers may differ), at no extra cost for you.
13) Force majeure
Astro Secrets cannot be held responsible for any delays due to independent events (catastrophes, health crises, conflicts, strikes, customs blockades, bad weather, network/logistics breakdowns).
