2) Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the site. astro-secrets.com (the "Site"): consultation, account creation/management, purchase and download of personalized digital content, subscriptions, support interactions, and any other functionality provided by the Publisher.
3) Acceptance
Use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GCU, as well as of the Privacy policy and Cookies policy displayed on the Site.
4) User account
Some services may require you to create an account.
The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep your login and password confidential.
Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to contact@astro-secrets.com.
The Publisher may suspend/delete an account in the event of a breach of the GCU, fraud, attempted security breach or misuse.

- Customized physical products : books printed on demand (POD) with automatically generated personalized content;
- Posters & art objects related to astrology;
- Subscriptions : periodic delivery of personalized digital content.
6) Rules of conduct
The following are prohibited, without this list being limitative:
undermining the operation/security of the Site (intrusion, DDoS, injection, massive scraping),
usurpation of identity, illicit collection of data, illicit/defamatory/hateful/obscene remarks,
misuse of services (unauthorized resale, text/data-mining for competitive purposes),
circumvention of technical protection measures.
7) Intellectual property
The Site and its elements (texts, editorial templates, algorithms, logos, trademarks, images, sounds, videos, generated reports) are protected by applicable laws.
Without prior written authorization, any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, public publication, resale or large-scale extraction is prohibited.
8) Nature of content - warnings
The astrology contents are informative and introspective they do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
The User remains solely responsible of its decisions and interpretation of content.
9) Availability & maintenance
The Publisher aims for 24/7 availability, subject to the following conditions maintenanceupdates, technical incidents or force majeure. No guarantee of freedom from error or interruption is given.
10) Safety
Reasonable measures are implemented (TLS, hardening, backups, logging). As no system is infallible, the User accepts the risks inherent in the Internet.
11) External links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The Editor has no control over these resources and cannot be held responsible for their content. declines all responsibility in terms of content and practices.
12) Personal data & cookies
Data processing (account creation, contract fulfillment, audience measurement, security), personalized content generation(prospecting with consent) is described in the Privacy policy of the Site.
Cookies/trackers are managed via the consent banner.
13) Communications
From service emails (confirmation, follow-up, incidents) can be sent. Visit marketing communications are sent only with consent unsubscribe via the link in every marketing email.
14) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any damages indirect (loss of profits/opportunities, damage to data, interruption of business) nor for damages related to the use of the Site.

15) Force majeure

The Publisher may modify the GCU. The enforceable version is that published online at the date of use. In the event of a substantial change in the financial statements information may be sent by e-mail to the Users concerned.
17) Applicable law - settlement of disputes
Default law : French law (or Swiss lawif you prefer), without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
