2) Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern sales made on astro-secrets.com with consumers and professionals, to :
- Customized digital products astrology reports (natal charts, synastry, personalized horoscopes) automatically generated and delivered in digital (PDF/download link) ;
- Customized astro-secrets books : versions personalized paper (printed on request) and digital ;
- Merchandising items The range includes apparel, accessories and merchandising related to the brand's universe;
- Posters & art objects related to astrology;
- Other content or products linked to the astrological universe;
- Subscriptions : periodic delivery of personalized digital content.
3) Pre-contractual information
The Customer acknowledges having read the essential characteristics, the price including VAT/excluding VAT depending on the territory, any charges, the time limits and the withdrawal conditions before purchase. The present GTC and the Privacy policy can be accessed at any time.
4) Prices & taxes
Prices are quoted in EUR/CHF/USD] [EUR/CHF/USD. They include taxes according to the territory ([INCL. VAT). Delivery charges (POD books) and import taxes (notably outside the EU) are indicated before payment. Any bank/conversion charges may apply on the customer's side.
5) Ordering
Process: selection → basket → validation → input of required data (including Astro data for customizations) → payment → confirmation by e-mail. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse/suspend an order in the event of presumed fraud, unpaid invoices or obvious information anomalies.
6) Payment
Means accepted : [Stripe]. Debit is immediate. Card details are not not stored by the Seller.
7) Delivery
- Digital products supply by download/email link after generation. Lead time : 5 to 60 minutes (load-dependent and quality-controlled).
- POD Books Manufacturing and shipping by our service provider. Estimated lead times displayed at time of order; tracking transmitted when available.
- Delays In the event of missing/inconsistent data, the deadline may be extended (request for clarification sent to the customer).
- Risks for physical goods, transfer of risk upon delivery (to the customer/carrier) in accordance with applicable law.
8) Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
- Personalized : EXCLUSION of the right of withdrawal for personalized digital content and customized POD books (goods made to specifications).
- Outside EU/UK: application of mandatory local laws where applicable.
9) Conformity - warranties
- Customized digital delivery of the file or functional link. In case of technical failure attributable to the Seller (inactive link, corrupted file), resending/regeneration or have.
- POD Books legal warranties for compliance and latent defect applicable according to the law of the country of delivery (e.g. EU/FR). Printing/transport defects must be reported to without delay with photos and order number.
10) Refund policy
Unless required by law, all sales are firm and final for personalized content and POD books.
Except in legal cases, the standard treatment is : resending/regeneration or have. Requests can be made via support@astro-secrets.com (order number + description).
11) Liability - capping
To the extent permitted by law: no liability for damages indirect (loss of profit/opportunity, data loss). Liability total of the Seller is capped at the amount paid for the Product concerned. No limitation in case of fraud, death/bodily injury caused by the Seller, or where prohibited by law.
12) Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable if non-performance results from an event beyond its control. force majeure (catastrophes, major breakdowns, administrative decisions, conflicts, strikes, etc.).
13) Intellectual property - license to use
The reports/works provided are licensed under the following conditions personal use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence. Any reproduction/distribution/resale/publication in full or competitive text/data mining is prohibited without authorization.
14) Personal data
Processing (orders, generation of personalized content, service emails, prospecting with consent) is described in the Privacy policy. The customer retains his rights (access, deletion, opposition, etc.) in accordance with applicable regulations.
15) Applicable law - settlement of disputes
Default law : French law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer's country of residence.
EU : RLL platform (ODR) : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr mediation via CM2C - Center for Consumer Mediation of Justice Conciliators.
USA/Canada/UK/Other (non-EU customers) : Any contractual dispute will be resolved by individual arbitration administered by ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC) according to its rules ; class action waiver unless otherwise provided by public policy. If the arbitration is invalid, the Nanterre courts (France) are competent.
Divisibility : The nullity of a clause does not affect the rest.
Proof: Emails, confirmations and logs are authoritative.

17) Modifications
The Vendor may modify the GTC; the version published on the date of purchase is binding.
