1) Scope and hierarchy
This policy applies to all purchases made on astro-secrets.com. It complements our GTC and, in the event of contradiction, the GCS shall prevail for contractual interpretation.
2) Essential rules by product type
Personalized digital content (astral chart, synastry, automatically generated horoscopes) :
Firm and final sales after confirmation and immediate execution (delivery/download link).
No returns or refunds after start of executionin accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and equivalent local regulations.
Personalized paper Astrobooks (POD) :
Firm and final sales (goods made to your specifications).
Eligible for replacement or have only in case of print fault, transport damage or content error attributable at Astro Secrets.
Customized digital Astrobooks (PDF) :
Firm and final sales after delivery.
In the event of a problem technique (corrupted file, inactive link), we proceed to a regeneration/return or have.
Merchandising / Posters / Non-personalized items :
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK/CH): 14 calendar days from receipt.
Items to be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamagedwith labels and original packaging.
The articles sold out, gifts, consumables or hygiene (if listed on the product data sheet) can be excluded return.
3) Defects, damage and non-conformities
Report any problems within 14 days following delivery :
Send an email to contact@astro-secrets.com with ORDER NO., description, photos (package, product, defect), and transport label if damaged.
If the fault is confirmed : replacement priority, otherwise have or reimbursement (chosen by Astro Secrets according to availability/logistics).
Damage caused by mishandling, inadequate washing, wrong address supplied or negligence are not covered.
4) Withdrawal (EU/UK/CH) - non-personalized products
Inform us by email in 14 days after receipt.
Return items in 14 days after your notification, without undue delay.
Return shipping costs Delivery: at the customer's expense, except for defects attributable to Astro Secrets.
Refund price paid excluding initial delivery costs (except by default).
We can defer reimbursement until receipt or proof of shipment.
We reserve the right to depreciate refund if the item returns worn, incomplete or unfit for resale.
5) Return procedure (RMA)
Write to contact@astro-secrets.com to get a RMA number and the appropriate return address.
Pack the item carefully; include RMA and ORDER NO..
Ship with a traceable carrier. Keep the proof of dispatch.
Important information: do not ship no return without RMA. Returns sent to the wrong address or without RMA may not be processed.
6) Refunds: terms and deadlines
Method : same means of payment than the one used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Indicative lead times :
Technical fault (digital) general treatment within 7 working days after validation of the file.
Physical return : within 14 days after reception and quality control.
Bank/card issuer deadlines may extend the reappearance of funds (variable depending on bank).
7) Exchanges
Merchandising (sizes/colors): exchange possible within 14 days subject to stock availability.
Return freight at customer's expense (unless defect confirmed).
For Astrobooks and customized productsexchange is not possible, except for confirmed fault.
8) Items not received / lost parcels
If monitoring shows delivered but you haven't received anything, contact contact@astro-secrets.com at 7 days : we open an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is lost by the carrier, we proceed to a referral or have once the investigation is closed.
Address supplied incorrectly/incompletely by the customer : forwarding at the customer's expense.
9) Import duties, taxes and fees
Outside the EU import duties and taxes are at customer's expense and non-refundable.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defect attributable to Astro Secrets.
10) Abuse, fraud and chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse a request in case ofabuse obvious fraudof unjustified chargebackor repeated returns non-compliant.
Any attempt at logistical or payment fraud may be reported and give rise to necessary actions.
11) Gift products / bundles
Refunds apply to price paid by the buyer.
Visit gifts returned without proof of purchase will be valued in the form of ahave.
For bundles (packs), the return may require the full reference of the pack, unless otherwise agreed.
12) Local legal exceptions
We apply the mandatory rights of the consumer's country of residence where these provide stronger protection.
Outside the EU/EEA/UK/CH, certain rights (withdrawal, exchange) may be restricted. not applicable according to local law.
